Writing & Proofreading
Looking for 2-3 volunteers (Level N4 - N2) who would be happy to send me about 200 words of writing!
As a Japanese language teacher, I have a lot of experience, have corrected about more than 600 pieces and proofread a novel , in proofreading/teaching writing skills and would like to start the lesson focus on the writing.
To add some writing and proofreading samples on this website, I am currently looking for volunteers. If you are interested in this topic, please have a look below.
- Need 2-3 volunteers (Level N4-N2) who would allow me to put your writing in my HP. You can stay anonymous if you choose so.
- The theme is 「わたし の 好きなもの」. About 200 words.
- Once you finish your piece please upload to Google Drive or send me the PDF. I will correct it for FREE(one session is included if you would like to have), in return I will put it on my website.

About lesson
Please read through beforehand:
① I will assist you to write and complete one piece of written work per lesson (including two online sessions).
② It is important to think by yourself how to amend gramatical erros. Hence, my comments on amendments will only be an instruction (using symbols e.g, "G" for grammatical errors) rather than written suggestions. If you are not sure what my comments mean, please feel free to ask any questions via email.
③ I believe that your writing skills won't improve if you only write once and get the work proofread/revised. Rewriting the same piece always helps you to refine the work and remember the errors you made better.
＊I can fit the sessions around your daily schedule.
＊A topic will be given based on your personal requierement.
e.g; school assignments, how to write a daily report at work, emailing somebody and updating a blog etc.
One lesson fee *tax included
Including two online sessions and one file exchanging.
-Max 200 words : 7,000 yen
-Max 400 words : 12,000 yen
The schedule summary (Three steps per lesson)
The final goal of this lesson is to write and complete one piece of written work.
0. Submit the initial survey sent via Google form from me before the induction plus the first session.
→ Required action: Please submit the initial survey before the induction.
Step 1. The first online session: The induction about 20 mins
I will explain the process of this lesson and give you necessary information. A topic of what to write will be given to you so we can discuss your opinion about the topic, assist in organising your thoughts and do preparation for the work.
Note: We will exchange work as a PDF file or Google docs.
→ Required action: Please submit your written work two days before the next session.
Step 2. The second online session (A week later after the induction): about 20 mins
Explain the details of amendments and discuss how to rewrite where needed. I will go over grammatical errors, strengths/weaknesses of your written work and where I didn't understand.
→ Required action: Please rewrite and submit the finalized work within three days after the session.
Step 3. Proofread and make amendments where needed and send the revised work back to you in a week
→ Required action: Please send me an email if you have questions regarding amendments. (Only exchanging the documents. No online session.)
